National Geographic "Photo Of The Day"
This photo has a timeless quality to it. I wouldn’t be surprised to see this in our photo archive since it mimics the Kodachromes we so dearly miss. I love that it is shot widely enough to see the handmade bridge and the nets holding back the rocks. I don’t mind that it’s a posed shot because you learn so much from this environmental portrait plus I love picking out the details of the traditional costume. Thank you for the great caption!
